How can I start using the Customer Portal?
Talk to your Territory Manager or contact your local branch to get your account set up so you can start using our Customer Portal!
Will the Customer Portal work on my phone?
Yes, the Customer Portal works on ANY device; including your smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer!
Can I only see orders I've placed online?
The Account Balance tab and History tab will show all of the invoices (and/or RO's) billed to your account. The Orders tab will only show orders that have been placed online with the Customer Portal.
Can more than (1) person have access to the Customer Portal for my/our company?
Yes, you can set up Customer Portal accounts for different users! Your email address is used to log in to the Customer Portal, so allowing access to more than (1) person will require you to provide a separate email address for each person you want to have access to your company's account.
